Ingredients:
Mango 1 cup (puree)
Peach 1/2 cup (ripe, chopped)
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 3 cup
Saffron 1 pinch
Procedure:
In a blender, add mango puree and peaches and blend until smooth.
In a sauce pan, add milk and sugar, cook for 5-6 minutes until sugar dissolved.
When it became rolling boil add fruits puree.
Simmer and stir for 5-6 minutes over medium flame.
Add saffron, cook 1 minute more.
Let it cool.
Pour in glasses, cover and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
Serve cold.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Chill Time: 2 hours
