Ingredients:

  1. Lime juice 1/4 cup
  2. Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  3. Orange juice 1/4 cup
  4. Onion 1 (chopped)
  5. Salad leaves 1/2 cup (chopped)
  6. Raisins 1/2 cup
  7. Peanuts 1/2 cup (roasted, chopped)
  8. Cashew nuts 1/2 cup
  9. Pineapple 1/2 cup (chopped)
  10. Salt 1/4 tsp
  11. Parsley 1/4 tsp
  12. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

When you want to roast nuts, just take a pan and heat it on fire.
Add nuts, stir constantly and cook for 4-5 minutes over low flame. It’s a tip to roast the nuts without any oil and transfer immediately into a dish.
Do not let them into the hot pan, otherwise they will burn and lose their flavor.
Take a bowl and mix all juices mentioned above.
Add salt, parsley, onion, oil, salad leaves, mix well.
Add roasted nuts and raisins and mix again.
Cover it and keep in fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Chill Time: 30 minutes

Do You Know: Walnut is rich in oil. Shell of walnut used in plastic industry.
