Ingredients:

  1. Pineapple 1 cup (chopped)
  2. Coconut milk 3 cup
  3. Fresh cream 1/2 cup (whipped)
  4. Honey 4 tbsp
  5. Almonds 1/2 cup (chopped)

Procedure:

In a sauce pan boil the coconut milk.When it get bubbling, add honey, almonds and pineapple.
Simmer and stir for 4-5 minutes over low flame.
Add fresh cream and cook for 3 minutes more.
Remove heat and let it cool.
Pour it in the muffins.
Keep in fridge for 3-4 hours.
Serve cold.

Preparation Time: 4 hours
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Do You Know: The name Pineapple in English comes from the similarity of the berry/fruit to a pine cone.
