Ingredients:
- Banana 3 (mashed)
- All purpose flour (maida) 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1 tbsp
- Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Chocolate chip 1/2 cup
- Walnuts 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Coco powder 3 tbsp
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Milk 1/2 cup
Procedure:
Sift flour, baking powder, cardamom powder, sugar, coco powder together.In a bowl beat butter.
Add slowly sifted material and milk together and beat continuously.
When batter became smooth, add mashed banana, walnuts and chocolate chip and mix well.
This batter should not be thin.
Take a greased baking tray and make cookies with the help of a tablespoon.
Place the tray in preheated oven at 350 degree F for 25 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
