Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 1 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric (haldi) powder 1 tsp
- Spice (garam masala) powder 1 tsp
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Black cardamom pods 2
- Whole cloves 4
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp (roasted)
- Oil 6 tbsp
Procedure:
In a sauce pan add oil and fry chopped onion until transparent.
Then add dry ingredients, fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add tomatoes, simmer until water of tomatoes dried up and oil separates.
Add washed mince, stir and simmer over medium flame.
Cook until mince changes its color, it may takes 15 minutes.
Then add 1 cup water, cover the lid.
Cook it for 30 minutes over normal flame, stir it occasionally.
When mince tenderized, add green coriander, stir once, cover the lead and steam for 3 minutes over low flame.
Serve it with boil rice or roti.
