Ingredients:

  1. Beef 1 kg (minced)
  2. Gram lentil (chana dal) 1 cup
  3. Onion 1 (chopped)
  4. Garlic cloves 8 (skinned)
  5. Ginger 2 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  7. Green chilies 8 (chopped)
  8. Salt 2 tsp
  9. Red Chili powder 2 tsp
  10. Black cardamom 2
  11. Cumin seed 1 tsp (ground)
  12. Cinnamon stick 1 (small piece )
  13. Cloves 6
  14. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  15. Egg 2 (beaten)
  16. Water 1/2 liter
  17. Oil 2 cup

Procedure:

Wash lentil and soak in plenty of water for 3-4 hours.
After that drain it and place in a large saucepan.
Add the grounded beef, chopped onions, ginger, garlic, black cardamoms, cumin seeds, chili powder, cinnamon stick, black pepper, cloves, salt and water to it.
Cook over medium flame for 45 minutes until meat and dal tenderized and water completely absorbed.
Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
Put all this material in a chopper and ground it until it get smooth.
Add coriander leaves and green chilies to the paste and mix well.
Wet your palms with water and take 2 tbsp of material.
Shape it in rounded ball then press it with your palms to flatten it.
Make all kababs with same pattern.
Heat a frying pan and add just 2-3 tbsp of oil.
Dip the kababs in beaten egg and fry 3-4 at a time.
Fry until get golden brown over medium flame.
Change their side during fry.
Transfer over paper towel after frying to absorb extra oil.
Serve with tea.
