Ingredients:

  1. Cashew nuts 1/2 cup (chopped)
  2. Raisins 1/2 cup
  3. Butter 1 tbsp
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Mint leaves 1 tsp
  7. Olive oil 1 cup

Procedure:

In a pan add butter.Fry cashew nuts and raisins in it until brown.
Add red chili, salt and olive oil.
Stir constantly, cook 5 minutes.
Add mint leaves.
Serve with snacks.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
