Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Warm water (to make dough)
For Filling:
- Cauliflower 1 cup (grated)
- Ginger 1tsp (grated)
- Green chili 4 (chopped)
- Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Ghee (for frying)
Procedure:
Sift flour with salt.
Add 2 tbsp oil, slowly add water.
Mix well and make dough of flour.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth.
Take a frying pan add oil, fry cumin seed for 1-2 minutes.
Then add all other dry ingredients and simmer for 1 minute.
Add ginger, green chili, cauliflower, cook and stir until transparent.
Let this filling to be cool.
Make the balls from wheat dough.
Flatten each ball slightly.
Put filling in center and shape it in round ball again.
Dust with flour and roll out each ball on the board into a round disk of 5 inch.
Put it in a heated frying pan and cook on medium flame.
Put about 2 to 3 tablespoons ghee around the edges and turn it.
Cook until both sides turn golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes for each paratha
