Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Noodles 1/2 packet
- Carrot 2 (shredded)
- Cabbage 1 (shredded)
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
Procedure:
In a sauce pan boil 8 glass water.Add half packet noodles, 1/2 tsp oil, and 1/2 tsp salt in rolling boil water.
When noodles tenderized, strain and put a side, cook for 12 minutes.
Cook boneless chicken in 5-6 glass water for 40 minutes in an other sauce pan.
Then add salt, white pepper, black pepper, cabbage, carrot, cook for 10 minutes.
When vegetables become tenderized, add boiled noodles, soya sauce, chili sauce, mix well.
Simmer for 5 minutes more.
Add vinegar, oil and mix once.
Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes over low flame.
Sever hot.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
