Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Potato 1/2 kg
- Green chili 6 (minced)
- Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Spice powder 1 tbsp
- Lemon powder 1/2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Procedure:
Put chicken, soy sauce, 2 cup water, salt and pepper in a saucepan.
Cover and cook over medium flame for 25 minutes until chicken tenderized and water evaporated.
Then let it cool.
De-bone the chicken and chop it in chooper.
Boil the potatoes, skin and mash them and mix with chopped chicken.
Add all the spices, coriander ,chilies in this mixture, and mix well.
Make round or oval shaped Kababs from this material.
Dip kabab in beaten egg and dust with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in frying pan and fry the kababs until light brown.
Serve hot with chili sauce.

Cooking Time: 1 hour
