Ingredients:
- Wonton wrappers (roll puti) 20
- Chicken 1 cup (boiled)
- Carrot 1 (grated)
- Cabbage 1/2 cup
- Peas 1/2 cup (boiled, slightly mashed)
- Ginger 1 tsp (shredded)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp (ground)
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 cup (for fry)
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.Take a wonton wrapper.
Fill two tbsp of mixed material in it.
Fold and roll it to cover.
Use little water to stick its corners.
Make all spring rolls with same process.
In a wok heat the oil and fry rolls over medium flame until golden brown.
Transfer over paper towel.
Serve hot with sauce.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
