Ingredients
- All purpose flour (maida) 1/4 cup
- Baking powder 1/8 tsp
- Sweet chocolate 1 cup
- Fresh cream 1/2 cup (whipped)
- Raisins 1/2 cup
- Eggs 4
- Sugar 1 cup
- Butter 1/4 cup
Procedure:
In a pan, add chocolate and butter cook until melt up and mix well.
Beat egg yolks in a bowl and add slowly in chocolate mixture.
Add sugar and cook over low flame for 3-4 minutes more.
Sprinkle flour, baking powder, raisins and beaten egg whites.
Fold gently and stop cooking.
Pour this mixture in baking cups and bake for 10 minutes.
Let those cool and pour 1 tsp of fresh cream over each cup.
Serve hot or cold.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Do You Know: Raisins are dried grapes. Used in cooking and baking, also eaten raw. It contains 60% sugar.
