Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Coco powder 6 tbsp
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
- Ice (crushed)
Procedure:
Pour all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour in glasses.
You can serve this drink in summer or winter both.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Do You Know: Cinnamon spice native to Sri Lankan. It is used in cooking. Specially it effects in the treatment of diabetes.
