Ingredients:

  1. Sandwich bread 6 slices
  2. Fresh cheese 1/2 cup (shredded)
  3. Egg 2 (boiled, mashed)
  4. Red bell pepper 1 (diced)
  5. Carrot 1 (shredded)
  6. Small Onion 1 (chopped)
  7. Green chili 2 (minced)
  8. Mint 1 tbsp (chopped)
  9. Cilantro 1 tbsp (chopped)
  10. Salt 1 tsp
  11. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  12. Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  13. Milk 1/4 cup

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Place bread slices on kitchen slab.
Brush all slices with milk.
Fill thick layer of mixture over them and cover with top.
Press slightly.
Cover with plastic pepper tightly and keep in fridge.
Serve cold.
