Ingredients:

  1. Cucumber 3
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Tomato 2 (diced)
  4. Mint 2 tbsp (chopped)
  5. Garlic 2 cloves
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Vinegar 2 tbsp
  10. Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  11. Olive oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Cut cucumber without peeling in circles then cut that circle from middle.
Mix all vegetables in a bowl.
Take a pan and heat the oil.
Add garlic and fry it until brown.
Add vinegar and dry ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour this mixture over vegetables, mix well and serve.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
