Ingredients:
- Milk 1 cup
- Fresh cream 1 cup
- Dry milk 1/2 cup
- Egg yolks 3
- Sugar 5 tbsp
- Yellow food color 1/8 tsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Chocolate 4 tbsp (crushed)
Procedure:
Mix egg yolks and 1tbsp sugar in a bowl and keep aside.
In a pan add, milk, food color, cream, 4 tsp sugar and dry milk and mix well, no lumps should be there.
Stir it constantly and cook until rolling boil over medium flame.
Then add egg mixture slowly in it and during this process, stir constantly.
Now pour this mixture into small baking cups.
Preheat oven to 300 F before 15 minutes.
Bake the filled cups for 50 minutes.
Sprinkle crushed chocolate over baked cups and let them cool over room temperature.
Keep them in freezer for 4 hours.
Serve cold.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
