Ingredients:

  1. Fish 1 kg
  2. Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  3. Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  4. Green chilies 6 (chopped)
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Cumin seed 1 tbsp (roasted, ground)
  8. Black pepper 1 tbsp (ground)
  9. Egg 2 (whipped)
  10. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  11. Oil (for frying)

Procedure:

Wash the fish pieces with salt and garlic.Then place the fish pieces on a hot griddle over low heat and sprinkle lemon juice on them.
Change its side during cooking process 2-3 times after every 4 minutes.
When the water dries completely remove from heat and leave to cool and mash.
Add all the spices including coriander and green chilies, mix well.
Then make round or oval shaped kababs.
Dip kabab in whipped egg and dust in bread crumbs.
Deep fry in heated oil for 6-8 minutes or until light brown.
Serve with sauce.
