Ingredients:

  1. Milk 1/4 cup
  2. Fresh cream 2 cup
  3. Honey 1/2 cup
  4. Egg 3
  5. Almond 3 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Peanuts 1/4 cup

Procedure:

In blender add milk and peanuts.
Grind until it became in the form of smooth paste and keep aside.
In a sauce pan boil the water.
Keep boiling and do not remove heat.
Take a bowl of glass and beat eggs in it.
Add honey in it and mix well.
Put this glass bowl over boiled water and keep stirring with spoon, until this mixture changes its color.
Add peanut mixture in it, and keep stirring for 4-5 minutes over boiling water.
Then remove it from boiling water and keep it a side.
Take another bowl, and whipped the cream.
Now add the prepared mixture into whipped cream, fold gently.
Cover the bowl with plastic paper and keep in freezer over night.
When you transfer it in serving dish pour 2 tbsp of honey over it and sprinkle almond over it.
Its really fluffy and very nice in taste.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
Freezing Time: 7-8 hours
