Ingredients:

  1. Red onion 1 (thinly chopped)
  2. Green chili 1 (minced)
  3. Carrot 1 (shredded)
  4. Cabbage 1/2 cup (chopped)
  5. Tomato 1 (remove seeds, chopped)
  6. Salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Sugar 2 tbsp
  8. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  9. Simple Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  10. Fresh cream 4 tbsp (whipped)
  11. Vinegar 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Mix all vegetables in a bowl.
In another bowl add cream, mayonnaise, salt, sugar, vinegar and black pepper and mix well.
Add vegetables in it and stir gently.
Cover it and keep in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Serve cold.
