Ingredients:
- Red onion 1 (thinly chopped)
- Green chili 1 (minced)
- Carrot 1 (shredded)
- Cabbage 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Tomato 1 (remove seeds, chopped)
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Simple Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Fresh cream 4 tbsp (whipped)
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Mix all vegetables in a bowl.
In another bowl add cream, mayonnaise, salt, sugar, vinegar and black pepper and mix well.
Add vegetables in it and stir gently.
Cover it and keep in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Serve cold.
