Ingredients:
- Avocados 3 (peeled, chopped)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Boil potatoes 1 (chopped)
- Green coriander 3 tbsp (chopped)
- Mint 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Pineapple 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Apple 1 (chopped)
- Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp
Procedure:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Cover and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
Serve cold.
Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Freezing Time: 20 minutes
