Ingredients:
- Garlic cloves 6 (minced)
- Black sugar 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Olive oil 1/2 cup
Procedure:
In a pan melt butter and fry garlic until brown.
Add dry ingredients, cook 2 minute over low flame.
Add olive oil, stir and simmer constantly for 4 minutes over medium flame.
Its ready to serve.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
