Ingredients:

  1. Milk 2 cup
  2. Water 1/2 cup
  3. Tea 1 1/2 tsp
  4. Sugar 2 tsp
  5. Ginger 1 tsp (ground)

Procedure:

In a pan boil water.
Add tea, sugar and ginger.
Simmer for 3 minutes over low flame.
Add milk and bring to boil, stir it continuously.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Strain and pour in cups.
Serve hot.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Do You Know: Ginger is used as a spice in cooking. Its oil is a tonic for tired muscles.
