Ingredients:

  1. Green beans 1 cup
  2. Spring onion 1/2 cup (chopped)
  3. Spinach 1/2 cup (thinly chopped)
  4. Green chili 4 (minced)
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Corn flour 2 tsp
  7. Milk 3 tsp
  8. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  9. White pepper 1 tsp
  10. Oil 1 tbsp

Procedure:

Cook all vegetables in 5 cup water for 1 hour on low flame.
Mix corn flour in milk.
Add this mixture in vegetables, stir continuously.
Cook for 2 minutes, stir constantly.
Add all other ingredients and stir once.
Cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
Serve hot with sauces.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
