Ingredients:

  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Carrot 1 (cut pieces)
  3. Onion 1 (chopped)
  4. Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
  5. Water 8 cup
  6. Salt 1 tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds (rai) 1/2 tsp
  9. Corn flour 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Wash the chicken and drain it.
Set it in a dish, cover it with oven dish and cook in microwave oven for 8 minutes.
Then in a sauce pan add this chicken and all ingredients except corn flour.
Cook for 1 hour over medium flame.
When chicken tenderized strain gravy separate.
Now put the sauce pan on fire and pour strained gravy in it.
Mix corn flour in a bowl with 4 tbsp water.
Add this mixture to gravy when it became boiling, stir continuously.
Cook over medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
Cover the lid, cook for 3 minutes over low flame.
Serve hot.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
