Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Egg 2
- Coco powder 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
- Honey 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Procedure:
Whipped the fresh cream, honey and lemon juice in a bowl, do this when cake will be ready.
Sift flour, cardamom powder and baking powder, keep aside.
Take a sauce pan and mix coco powder in milk, cook for 2 minutes, stir constantly.
Keep this mixture aside and allow it to get cool.
Take a bowl, mix oil and sugar with a beater until it get fluffy.
Then add eggs one by one and beat for 5-7 minutes at least.
Add sifted flour slowly and beat constantly.
Now separate 1/4 of mixture in the greased baking bowl.
Add mixture of milk and coco powder, in remaining batter, mix well.
Pour its layer over the previous batter.
Preheat oven approximately for 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.
Transfer in a plate and let it cool.
Set a thick layer of fresh cream over it.
Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
Serve cold.
