Ingredients:

  1. Watermellon 3 cup (seed less)
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Water 1/4 cup
  4. Lemon juice 1/2 cup

Procedure:

In a sauce pan boil water.
Add sugar in it, stir constantly, cook until sugar dissolved.
Blend water melon in grinder, add it to sugar syrup, cook over low flame for 3 minutes.
Let it cool and mix lemon juice.
Pour it in a bowl.
Cover it and keep in freezer for night.
Before serving scrap it with folk and pour in serving cups.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Freezing Time: 8 hours
