Ingredients:
- Mango puree 2 cup
- Brown sugar 1 cup
- Ginger 1 tbsp (shredded)
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin seed 1/2 tsp (grind)
- Green cardamom 4 (crushed)
- Vinegar 4 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Heat up oil in a pan.
Fry ginger and dried spices for 2 minutes.
Then add mango puree and mix well.
Cover it and cook over low flame for 1 hours, stir occasionally.
Then add vinegar, stir it more to blend.
Use a wooden spoon to cook it.
When sugar water dry up, it means it’s cooked.
Allow it to completely cool.
Preserve it in an air tight jar.
Keep it in cool place.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
