Ingredients:

  1. Mutton 1 kg (boneless)
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Tomato 2 (chopped)
  4. Ginger 2 tbsp (chopped)
  5. Garlic 4-6 cloves
  6. Green chili 6
  7. Salt 1 tbsp
  8. Red chili 1 1/2 tbsp
  9. Turmeric 1 tsp
  10. Black cardamom 3
  11. Cloves 6
  12. Black pepper 10
  13. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  14. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  15. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
For Frying:
  1. Oil 1 cup
  2. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  3. Egg 2

Procedure:

In a sauce pan add meat and all other ingredients, add 2 cup water.Cover the lid and cook for 1 hour, until meat tenderized.
If needed more water can be added, stir occasionally.
When meat tenderized and water evaporated, allow it to cool.
Grind this meat with all ingredients in an electrical grinder.
Add green coriander and mix well.
Make cutlets of this material.
In a frying pan heat the oil.
Dip cutlets in beaten egg, dust with bread crumbs and fry from both sides until get light brown.
Serve hot with sauce.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 hours
