Ingredients:

  1. Yogurt 1 cup
  2. Cucumber 1/2 cup
  3. Mint leaves 2 tsp
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp (roasted)
  6. Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  7. Ice (crushed)

Procedure:

Pour all the ingredients in blender.Grind until smooth.
Serve cold.

Preparation Time: 7 minutes

Do You Know: Mint is a qenus of about 25 spices. Its the flower of some plants cultivated for their aromatic oil and used for flavoring.
