Ingredients:
- Cherry 1 cup
- Orange 2
- Banana 2 (ripe)
- Melon 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
Procedure:
Peel the oranges, remove white pit and seeds.
Peel and cut bananas into slices.
Add yogurt, orange, banana, melon and cherries in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
Preparation Time: 12 minutes
Do You Know: Banana is native to Southeast Asia and Australia. It’s a source of vitamin B6, C and potassium.
