Ingredients:

  1. Split mong dal 1 cup
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Ginger 1 tbsp (minced)
  4. Green chili 4 (minced)
  5. Green coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chili 4 (crushed)
  9. Milk 2-3 tbsp
  10. Oil 3 cup

Procedure:

Soak mong dal over night in 4 cup water.
Drain dal and grind it in blender without water for 3-4 minutes, until it get smooth.
Take it out in a bowl and mix with all other ingredients.
Heat up oil in a wok for deep fry.
Drop the batter with a heaping tablespoon in hot oil.
Fry over medium flame until get light brown.
Transfer to kitchen paper to soak extra oil.
Serve hot with sauce.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
