Ingredients:

  1. Noodles 1 cup (thin, crushed into small pieces)
  2. Cheese 1 cup (grated)
  3. Fresh coconut 1/2 cup (grated)
  4. Water 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  6. Green cardamom 4 (crushed)
  7. Almond 1/2 cup
  8. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Soak almonds in warm water for 30 minutes and then remove their skin.
In a sauce pan, add 1/2 cup water.
When it became rolling boil, add sugar and green cardamom.
Cook for 5 minutes, stir constantly and keep aside.
In another sauce pan add oil.
Fry noodles in it until light brown, stir constantly.
Add cheese, almond and coconut in it and fry for 8 minutes.
Add sugar syrup.
Now simmer and stir constantly over medium flame until water evaporated.
Transfer it in a tray.
Let it cool in room temperature.
Then keep in freezer for 4-5 hours.
Serve cold or hot.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
