Ingredients:

  1. Noodles 1 packet
  2. Peas 1 cup (boiled)
  3. Tomato 2 (chopped)
  4. Carrot 1/2 cup (grated, boiled)
  5. Cabbage 1 cup (boiled)
  6. Spring onion 1 cup (boiled)
  7. Salt 1 tbsp
  8. Ajino moto 1 1/2 tbsp
  9. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  10. Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  11. Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  12. Vinegar 2 tbsp
  13. Eggs 2 (beaten)
  14. Oil 3 tbsp

Procedure:

Take a sauce pan and boil the water.
When water became rolling boil, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and noodles.
Cook noodles until tender, it may take 10-15 minutes.
Strain the noodles and pour the cold water over them.
Take a frying pan and stir fry all the boiled vegetables together for 4-5 minutes.
Add all spices and cook until mix well.
Then add boiled noodles, simmer for 4 minutes, stir continuously.
Add beaten eggs now, stir continuously during this process.
Then add vinegar and stir once.
Cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes over low flame.
It’s ready to serve.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
