Ingredients:

  1. Pineapple 1 cup (tin, chunks)
  2. Green onion 1/2 cup (chopped)
  3. Green chili 1 (minced)
  4. Cucumber 1 (chopped)
  5. Mint 2 tbsp
  6. Salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Cover and keep in fridge for 2 hours before serving.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 2 hour
