Ingredients:

  1. Mince 1/2 kg
  2. Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
  3. Green Coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  4. Peas 1 cup
  5. Potatoes 2 (cut in small cubes)
  6. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. Ginger paste 1 tsp
  8. Green chili 4 (minced)
  9. Salt 1 tsp
  10. Dry red chili 6 (crushed)
  11. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  12. Spice powder 1 tsp
  13. Oil 4 tbsp

Procedure:

Mix all dry ingredients in mince and put for 30 minutes aside.
Take a sauce pan, pour the oil in it.
When oil got warm add garlic and ginger paste, fry for 2 minutes then add tomatoes, stir even water from tomatoes dry.
Add mince, cook for 5-6 minutes over medium flame.
Add potatoes and peas, cook for 10 minutes and stir continuously.
After that sprinkle coriander and green chili, put the lid and cook for 7 minutes over very low flame.

Note: Always cook mince without water but if you need then use in short quantity.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
