Ingredients:

  1. Mellon 1/2 cup (chopped)
  2. Apple 1 (chopped)
  3. Red bell pepper 1 (seedless, cut strips)
  4. Red cabbage 1 cup (chopped)
  5. Black Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Vinegar 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Cover the bowl and keep in fridge until serving.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Do You Know: Spring onion also called scallion, salad onion or green onion. It is used in Asian and western cooking dishes.
