Ingredients:

  1. Rutabaga/Shalgham 1 (boiled, mashed)
  2. Potatoes 3 (boiled, mashed)
  3. Green chili 4 (chopped)
  4. Onion 1 (chopped)
  5. Green coriander 1/2 sup (chopped)
  6. Cheese 1/2 cup (grated)
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  9. Spice (garam masala) powder 1 tsp
  10. Egg 2
  11. Oil 4 tbsp

Procedure:

Add all ingredients except 1 egg in a bowl and mix well.
Then make round shaped kabab from this mixture.
Beat an egg in a bowl.
Heat oil in frying pan.
Dip kabab in beaten egg and fry in heated oil over medium flame.
When it gets light brown from one side ,change to other side.
When fried from both sides, transfer in a plate.
Serve hot with chili sauce.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes

Do You Know: Rutabaga is a cool season plant, cultivated for its fleshy roots and tender leaves. It also called Swede.
