Ingredients:

  1. Chicken 1 cup
  2. Buns 3
  3. Onion 1 (cut in rings)
  4. Cucumber 1 (cut slices length wise)
  5. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Procedure:

Beat eggs with 1/4 tsp black pepper and salt.
Fry it in a frying pan with 2 tbsp oil and cook from both sides for 2 minutes and then transfer in a plate.
Make 3 equal slices of it.
Boil boneless chicken with salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Then mash the boiled chicken when it cooked.
Cut each bun in two parts.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry buns from both sides.
Take a single piece of bun and place a salad leaf over it then place a layer of fried egg.
Then make a layer of mashed chicken.
Place cucumber, onion and pour a full spoon of tomato sauce over it and cover it with its second half. Make all the burgers with same procedure.
