Ingredients:

  1. Buns or Loaf bread 2
  2. Cheese slices 4
  3. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  4. Tomatoes 1 (thin round slices)
  5. Onion 1 (cut rings)
  6. Cucumber 1 (cut in circles)
  7. Green chili chutni 1 tsp
  8. Oil 2 tsp

Procedure:

Cut the bread from center, in two slices horizontally.And toast it in frying pan with 1 tsp oil.
Spread 1/2 tsp of green chili chutni over 1 slice of bread.
Place a slice of cheese over it.
Then place tomato, cucumber and onion over it.
Place one more slice of cheese.
Take the second half of bread and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise over it.
Then cover the prepared one with it.
Repeat the same procedure for second sandwich.
Serve with tea.

Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes each sandwich
