Ingredients:

  1. Noodles 1 packet (thin)
  2. Peanut 1/2 cup (chopped)
  3. Almond 1/4 cup (chopped)
  4. Green onion 1/2 cup (chopped)
  5. Green chili paste 1 tsp
  6. Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped)
  7. Vinegar 4 tbsp
  8. Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  9. Chili Sauce 4 tbsp
  10. Salt 1/2 tsp
  11. China salt 1 tsp
  12. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Spice powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Oil 4 tbsp

Procedure:

In a sauce pan boil a plenty of water.
When it became rolling boil, add noodles, cook until tenderized.
Drain noodles in a strainer and keep aside.
Take a sauce pan and heat the oil.
Add green onion, green chili paste, ginger and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add all the spices and sauces, except nuts and mix well.
Cook over medium flame for 3-4 minutes, stir continuously.
Now add boiled noodles and nuts, mix well.
Cover the lid and cook for 4 minutes over low flame.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
