Ingredients:
- Milk 2 cup
- Water 1 1/2 cup
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Black cardamom 1
- Clove 2
- Cinnamon stick 1 (small)
- Black tea 1 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
Procedure:
Boil 1 1/2 cup water.
Add all spices and cook for 2-3 minutes over low flame.
Add tea and sugar, cook for 2 minutes.
Add milk stir continuously, it’ll increase in its texture, cook for 3 minutes.
Strain and pour in tea cups.
Serve hot.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
