Ingredients:

  1. Cheese 1/2 cup (grated)
  2. Yogurt 1 cup
  3. Garlic cloves 3 (minced)
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp (roasted, ground)
  6. Spice powder 1 tsp
  7. Fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp
  8. Olive oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

In a frying pan heat the oil.
Fry grated cheese, until light brown.
Add all ingredients except yogurt.
Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes over low flame.
Add yogurt and cook for 1 minute more, mix well.
Transfer in a serving bowl.
It could be serve with snacks or rice.

Cooking Time: 10 minute

Do You Know: Cumin herb is native to the Mediterranean region and member of Parsley family. Used for seasoning in curry and different other dishes.
