Ingredients:

  1. Eggs 4 (boiled)
  2. Onion 1/2 cup (chopped)
  3. Tomato 1 (chopped)
  4. Green chili 2 (chopped)
  5. Green coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Spice powder1/2 tsp
  9. Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Cut the boiled eggs into halves.
Separate the egg yolks carefully from the white.
Heat oil in pan and fry onion until transparent.
Add all other ingredients, cook for 4-5 minutes over low flame, stir continuously.
Then add egg yolks and stir gently.
Now set egg whites in a plate and fill them with cooked masala.
Serve as an extra dish.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
