Ingredients:

  1. Sandwich bread slices 6
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Eggs 2 (hard boil, mashed)
  4. Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
  5. Cucumber 1/2 cup (chopped)
  6. Cauliflower 1/2 cup (chopped)
  7. Mint 1 tbsp (chopped)
  8. Green chili 2 (chopped)
  9. Salt 1/2 tsp
  10. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  11. Mayonnaise 6 tbsp

Procedure:

Toast the bread slices with out oil in frying pan.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Spread this mixture over the bread slices.
Serve as snacks.
It’s very nutritious.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Do You Know: Originally Mint was used as herb to treat stomach ache and some other pains. Mint leaves were also used to whiten teeth. It also helps digestion.
