Ingredients:

  1. Banana 6
  2. Raisins 1/2 cup
  3. Almonds 1/4 cup (chopped)
  4. Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Sugar 2 tbsp (ground)
  6. Coconut 2 tbsp (grated)

Procedure:

Add 2 tablespoon oil in frying pan.
Fry all dry ingredients and sugar together for 2-3 minutes and keep aside.
Boil the bananas with their skin in heated water for 5 minutes.
Peel and mash them.
Grease your hands with oil and make balls from mashed banana.
Take a ball and press it your palms, pour 1 tbsp of fried ingredients and cover it from all sides.
You can make oval shape or rounded.
Repeat the process and make all from the material.
Heat the oil in deep pan and fry these balls over medium flame, until brown.
Serve hot.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
