Ingredients:

  1. Gram Flour 1 cup
  2. Semolina (sooji) 1 cup
  3. Dry milk powder 1 cup
  4. Raisin 1/4 cup (soak in water)
  5. Almond 1/4 cup
  6. Dry coconut 2 tbsp
  7. Sugar 1 cup
  8. Water 1 cup
  9. Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil 3/4 cup

Procedure:

Fry gram flour in oil for 6-8 minutes over medium flame.
Add the semolina, fry for 6 minutes more.
Add green cardamom powder.
Take off the heat and mix dry milk powder.
At the same time on the other stove, cook sugar and water in a sauce pan, cook for 5-7 minutes over medium flame.
Then pour hot sugar syrup in the cooked material.
Now mix well, cook and stir strongly until oil became separate.
Pour in a greased dish, set it and garnish with coconut and almonds.
When it get cool, cut in pieces with knife
Serve hot or cold.
