Ingredients:
- Carrot 2
- Green chili 1 (minced)
- Mint 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
- Peanuts 1/2 cup
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
Procedure:
Wash carrots then peel and cut in small sticks of 3 inches length.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add peanuts, cook and stir constantly.
Cook over low flame for 2 minutes.
Add all other ingredients, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour this seasoning over carrots.
Mix well and serve.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
