Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Green chili 6 (thinly sliced)
- Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Spice powder 1 tbsp
- Lemon powder 1/2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Eggs 2 (beaten)
- Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
- Water 2 cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
Procedure:
Put chicken, soy sauce, water, salt and pepper in a saucepan.
Cover the lid and cook over medium flame for about 25 minutes, until water dry up and chicken tenderized.
When the chicken get cool, debone it and chop in chopper.
Boil the potatoes, skin and mash them and mix with chopped chicken.
Add all the spices, coriander, chilies in chicken and potatoes and mix well.
Make round or oval shaped kababs.
Dip in beaten egg and then dust with bread crumbs.
Fry in a frying pan until light brown.
Serve hot with sauce.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
