Ingredients:

  1. Chicken 1kg
  2. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Dry coriander 1 tsp (powder)
  5. Spice powder 1 tsp
  6. Garlic 1 tbsp (ground)
  7. Ginger 1 tbsp (grated)
  8. Green chili 4 (ground)
  9. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  10. Red food color 1/4 tsp
  11. Black pepper 1 tsp (ground)
  12. Oil 6 tbsp

Procedure:

Make cuts with a knife on each piece of chicken.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Put the chicken pieces in that bowl and paste the mixture on all pieces.
Cover it and keep in refrigerator for whole night to marinate.
Next day, put a light layer of oil over each chicken piece and then grill it and cook until it became crispy.
Serve hot with sauce.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Marinate Time: 8 hour
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
