Ingredients:
- Fresh coconut 1 cup (ground)
- Butter 1 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 cup (ground)
- Condensed milk 1/2 cup
- Raisins 1/2 cup (soak in water)
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Preparation:
Take a heavy based sauce pan.
Add all the ingredients in it.
Mix well and cook over low flame for 4-5 minutes, stir continuously.
Allow it to be cool but make balls from this material when it’s little warm.
Serve hot or cold.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 7 minutes
Do You Know: Condensed milk is produced by cow’s milk. Water from the fresh milk is removed and sugar is to be added, and make it very thick. It can be stored for long time without refrigeration if its not opened.
